  • Reservations: For up to ten passengers, three days is recommended to plan a balloon outing. Availability accommodating shorter notice is welcome. To guarantee your reservation a credit card or gift certificate number is required. In the event weather conditions prevent flying, you may reserve another day. GIFT CERTIFICATES REMAIN VALID.
    • Flight Fees: All fees are by quotation; depending on the length of the flight, the region selected, and the number of people in your party. All applicable taxes are included. Some flights may be tax deductible. Pilot and crew gratuities are welcomed. Call for a quote!!! (800) 548-9912

    • Passenger Cancellation Policy: For up to four passengers a 48 hour cancellation notice is required, longer for larger groups. A gift certificate will be forfeited or credit card charged if 48 hour notice is not given or if you do not appear at the scheduled time/meeting location.

    Ballooning activities intrinsically involve the possibility of physical risks greater than those encountered in daily life. Our flights are conducted under the supervision of qualified and government certified pilots who exercise all due precautions to ensure safety. By taking part in such balloon activities, passengers of flight acknowledge and assume the risks therein. Expectant mothers and persons with certain physical conditions are prohibited from flight.
