Is the basket accessible for everyone?
We do our best to accommodate guests, but balloon baskets have fixed sides. If you or someone in your group has mobility concerns, reach out so we can help plan the best experience.
Will it be cold up there?
It can be cooler during early morning takeoff, but the warmth from the burners actually keeps you comfortable in the air. Dressing in layers is perfect.
How safe is hot-air ballooning?
Very safe. Our FAA-certified pilots, rigorous maintenance procedures, and constant weather monitoring ensure the highest safety standards.
What happens if the weather isn’t suitable for flying?
Safety is our top priority. If winds or weather aren’t cooperating, we’ll contact about the unsafe flight date. and you are then given a gift certificate voucher to reschedule for a later date.
Do you offer private or group flights?
Absolutely! Whether it’s a romantic flight for two, a family getaway, or a corporate event, we offer several customized flight packages.
How far in advance should I reserve?
Weekends fill up quickly! Booking 2–3 months ahead is ideal for weekends and holidays, especially for larger groups. however if your schedule is open, we can normally get you in the same week.
What time do flights take off?
Sunrise flights lift off shortly after dawn, which means check-in happens just before sunrise. Exact timing varies by season, but we’ll give you all details when you book.
Is hot air ballooning scary?
Most guests are surprised by how peaceful it feels! The takeoff is gentle, and once you're in the air, the sense of floating is smooth and calming—not like a roller-coaster.
What can I expect on my balloon ride?
You can expect a calm, breathtaking flight over beautiful landscapes as the sun rises. Our pilots point out landmarks, answer questions, and make the entire experience relaxing and unforgettable.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
Yes, passengers must be at least 6 years old to participate in the balloon rides. and able to stand on their own for the entire length of the tour. 3-4 hours. Keep in mind bathroom breaks are limited.
How long does a flight last?
Flights typically last about 45 minutes to 1 hour, but the entire experience including setup and landing takes around 3-4 hours.
What should I wear for the balloon ride?
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Dress in layers as temperatures can vary at different altitudes.
